Senior Manager – Site Selection & Capacity Program Management
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, we have 2 openings that we are hiring for. 1 will be to drive the role in Japan and another will be to drive in Australia.
Site Identification & Pipeline Management
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of Greenfield and adaptive reuse (Brownfield) sites across Japan and/or Australia
- Engage landowners, developers, industrial estate operators and municipal governments to source off-market and on-market opportunities
- Evaluate sites against Nsca
