Job Description

As Operational Excellence Lead at NTS Singapore, you are the driving force behind our site's operational transformation. Working closely with the site leadership team and with production, engineering, maintenance, quality and supply chain, you develop and run the site's Operational Excellence roadmap and roll out NTS standards such as Daily Performance Management, Structured Problem Solving, 5S, Standard Work and Leader Standard Work. Your main focus is improving logistics and production productivity, with measurable, double-digit impact on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity (SQDIP). You don't stop at finding opportunities. You make sure improvements are put into practice, built into daily operations and sustained over time. Acting as
