Job Description

As the QA Lead (CSG) at NTS Singapore, you will be responsible for driving quality excellence across the Sheet Metal business by leading customer quality, supplier quality, and manufacturing quality activities. You will manage a team of Quality Engineers and QA/QC Inspectors while ensuring the effective implementation of quality systems, customer requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will serve as the primary quality representative for key customers, acting as the single point of contact for quality escalations and ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns.
