Job Description

As QA Lead at NTS Singapore, you will be responsible for driving quality excellence across the Mechatronics business by leading the Quality Management System (QMS), managing customer quality performance, and developing a high-performing team of Quality Engineers and QA/QC Inspectors.

You will act as the primary quality representative for key customers, serving as the single point of contact for customer quality escalations and ensuring timely resolution of complex technical and quality issues.
