AI & Automation Consultant – Copilot Studio & Codex

Location: 100% onsite in Houston, TX.

Contract Length: 6 months, with potential for extension.

Contract Rate: Rate for this position is expected to fall within a competitive market range. Final rate will be determined based on relevant experience and overall fit for the position.

NTT DATA is seeking a hands-on AI & Automation Consultant to support digital transformation and productivity initiatives for a large enterprise in the energy sector. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to identify practical opportunities for AI and automation and rapidly translate those opportunities into working solutions, prototypes, and business use cases.

The ideal candidate brings 1-3 years of relevant professional experience with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Codex, combined with strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-facing skills. The consultant will use AI-assisted development, automation, and rapid prototyping approaches to address operational needs and improve business productivity.

This is not a research-focused AI role. It is a hands-on, delivery-oriented position for someone who enjoys working close to the business, experimenting quickly, building practical solutions, and iterating based on stakeholder feedback.</
