Your role at a glance

The Senior Associate Salesforce Administrator (m/f/d), provides 1st and 2nd level support for Salesforce users, ensuring stable system operations, efficient incident and service request management, user administration, and system configuration. The role serves as the primary point of contact for users and collaborates closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external service providers to optimize platform performance and user experience.

What we are looking for

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process and resolve incidents and service requests through the ticketing system (1st and 2nd level support).

• Ensure timely ticket resolution in accordance with defined SLAs and KPIs.

• Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.

• Serve as the primary contact for Salesforce users and provide day-to-day operational support.

• Maintain and continuously improve knowledge articles, FAQs, and support documentation.

• Deliver user training sessions and provide hands-on assistance to end users.

• Administer Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.

• Implement Salesforce enhancements and configuration changes including Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, and Dashboards.

• Monitor and improve data quality through regular audits, clean-up, and maintenance activities.

• Support testing activities including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing.

• Participate in release management and deployment activities.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and service optimization initiatives.

• Support hypercare phases and ensure smooth transition from project implementation to operational support.

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external service providers.

KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES:

• Completed vocational training in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent practical experience.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred).

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (preferred).

• Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification (preferred).

• Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant Certification considered a plus.

• ITIL Foundation Certification is advantageous.

• Several years of professional experience in Salesforce administration and application support.

• Proven experience providing 1st and 2nd level application support in enterprise environments.

• Experience managing Salesforce user administration, security, and configuration activities.

• Experience in incident, service request, and problem management processes.

• Experience supporting testing, release management, and hypercare activities.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external service providers.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform enhancements and system optimization.

• Professional English communication skills.
