About the Role
As a Client Services Director/Associate Vice President, you'll provide strategic leadership for a key global client account spanning Medical Affairs and Publications. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, overseeing the successful delivery of integrated scientific communications programs while ensuring exceptional client service, operational excellence, and commercial performance.
Working closely with Scientific Services and cross-functional teams, you'll shape account strategy, identify opportunities for growth, mentor high-performing Client Services teams, and help strengthen a long-term client partnership built on collaboration and innovation.
