As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the recruitment process and contribute to HR and Talent initiatives. In addition to recruitment activities, you will support key projects that help improve hiring processes, strengthen employer branding, and contribute to the evolution of Nuovo’s talent programs. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow, and explore a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
This Internship will take place from January 11th to April 30th, 2027
What You’ll Do:
Sourcing & Talent Attraction
- Support in posting job ads across platforms
- Assist in the selection process with CV Screenings
- Help identify and reach out to potential candidates
- Support building candidate pipelines for future hiring needs
Interviewing & Candidate Evaluation
- Participate in initial candidate interviews and learn how to assess fit to the role and company
- Help coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process </
