Position Description

The Opportunity

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, creating a welcoming, professional, and engaging experience
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, managing complex calendars and shifting priorities with accuracy and efficiency
• Arrange candidate travel, onsite visits, and interview logistics as needed
• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, executives, and interview teams to ensure a seamless hiring process from application through offer
• Own day-to-day administration of the Greenhouse applicant tracking system (ATS) — posting and updating job requisitions, entering and maintaining candidate data, and moving candidates through each stage of the hiring pipeline<
