• Build, maintain, and distribute recruiting dashboards and reports, including pipeline metrics, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates
• Monitor and audit data integrity across the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and related recruiting platforms, flagging discrepancies and recommending corrections&
