Summary of Position:
NVE Experience Agency seeks an Executive Producer to lead large-scale experiential programs from concept through execution. This is a hands-on role. You will own production across your full slate of projects rather than simply oversee it. Primary responsibilities include leading complex productions end to end, translating client briefs into clear scopes, budgets and timelines, directing internal teams and vendor partners, and supporting the agency's new business pipeline alongside the rest of the production department.
Strong relationship skills, a service mentality and the ability to provide multiple options for solutions are essential to this role. You are equally comfortable presenting to a client's leadership team and standing on a loading dock at 5am. An extensive background in event p
