Growth Lead – Practice Channel

Your role. You lead the team that brings myReha into therapy practices across Germany. Therapists use myReha as part of their daily work, bringing their patients onto the app so they can keep training at home between sessions, with the therapy funded by our insurance partners. Success here is not a signed contract but a change in habit: practices that make myReha a natural part of how they treat, and patients who stay active. You own the full loop, from bringing new practices on board to getting their first patients started and keeping them engaged over time. Think supply-side growth at a marketplace, not a classic sales role. You expand and lead a team, set the direction, and stay close to the work by joining calls yourself. Location: anywhere in Austria or Germany.
What you'll work on
Own the activation funnel: from practice sign-up to first onboarded patient to habitual use. You define the metrics, find where practices drop off, and fix it.
