This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing employee support, payroll administration, employee engagement, recruiting, benefits, and day-to-day HR operations in a dynamic plant environment.

If you're the type of person who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, staying organized, and being visible on the production floor instead of sitting behind a desk all day, we'd love to talk with you.

  • Partner with plant leadership to address workforce needs and drive a positive employee experience.
  • Maintain a regular presence on the manufacturing floor to build relationships, support employees, and stay connected to plant operations.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives that support business objectives and continuous improvement.

  • Is comfortable handling frequent interruptions while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Takes a proactive, customer-service-oriented approach to HR.
  • Works collaboratively and is willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team.
  • Enjoys being active and visible throughout the plant rather than working exclusively from an office.

This position will report directly to the Plant HR Manager
