We are now launching a new Global Shared Service Centre in Sofia. This hub is the strategic heart of our international finance and people operations and we are looking for a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist - Helpdesk & Vendor Support to be part of our growing team.
The Opportunity
As an Accounts Payable Specialist within our Helpdesk & Vendor Support Team, you'll be a vital part of our finance department, playing a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. You'll manage full-lifecycle vendor onboarding, helpdesk operations, travel and expense approvals and complex statement reconciliations.
This isn't just about processing numbers; it's about understanding how a large, successful business operates financially. You'll gain exposure to our core systems (Workday, Omnea, Click Travel), contribute to improving processes and ensure everything we do is compliant with financial regulations and relevant Ocado policies.
