About the Role
We are looking for an Operational Resilience Analyst to join our Operational Services team.
In this role, you will directly support our global Operations teams and drive the continuous improvement of our resilience programme. You will work alongside the Operational Resilience Director, providing Business Continuity (BC) subject matter expertise, consultation and practical guidance to our UK and international operational teams.
You will help formulate and advance our resilience framework - utilising AI tools where appropriate - to ensure we maintain an effective, state-of-the-art response to major incidents
