As a TikTok Affiliate Manager, you will join a fast-growing digital beauty and hair care brand expanding its digital operations across Latin American markets. In this role, you will own the end-to-end creator and affiliate operations supporting TikTok Shop growth as a key digital commerce channel.

You will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling a high-performing creator engine through strategic recruitment, affiliate tiering, UGC agency management, and continuous content performance evaluation. Working hands-on in a performance-driven environment, you will bridge organic creator output with pa
