Maintenance Technician

OCF Realty is a leading property management firm based in Philadelphia that is committed to providing exceptional services across a diverse portfolio of residential properties. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our Property Management operations, responsible for performing hands-on maintenance and repairs across our portfolio. From responding to emergency requests to executing scheduled work orders, your work will directly support tenant satisfaction and the long-term upkeep of client properties. You’ll also be responsible for accurately logging completed work, tracking billable hours, and updating work orders in our property management software, AppFolio. If you have strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage maintenance tasks efficiently from start to finish, we’d love to meet you.

This position offers a salary of $50,000-$60,000 commensurate with experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, medical and dental insurance, and 401k matching.

Requirements

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across multiple trades, including basic carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, and appliance repair. 
• Respond to Emergency Work Orders including clearing clogged toilets, sinks
