Job Description
Purpose of the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and client-focused professional to join our Private Client team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a select portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, supporting their investment and philanthropic activities while delivering an exceptional level of personal service.
You'll build strong client relationships, take ownership of key responsibilities and work alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative environment that offers excellent opportunities for learning, development and career progression.
Main Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage the administration and accounting requirements of a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and their associated structures.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and advisers, delivering a responsive, high-quality service and handling day-to-day requests.
- Ensure client matters are administered in line with regulatory requirements, internal policies and risk management standards.
- Coordinate client reviews, monitor key deadlines and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Educated to A level or degree standard.
- Ideally the post holder will have already completed or be willing to complete a professional/relevant qualification such as STEP, CGI or similar
- Ideally a minimum of 3 years' experience in Trust and Company administration or a financial services environment.
