Account Executive

THE JOB / Role Title

The Account Executive (AE) role is pivotal within both their account team and the broader client services department, where they'll oversee the administrative and operational aspects of accounts. Building enduring relationships with clients, suppliers, and agency partners and consistently delivering excellence are key responsibilities. Close collaboration with Account Managers and Account Directors ensures the successful delivery of all project work.

The ideal candidate for the AE position is dynamic, deeply invested in culture, and adept at multitasking across multiple projects. They are encouraged to bring their unique skills to the role, demonstrate a passion for learning, and display a strong commitment to completing tasks effectively. The AE's approach to client service is characterised by its energy and willingness to question established norms in pursuit of improved solutions. While professional client communication is a must, AEs are not expected to "manage" or “own” client relationships. Overall, the ideal candidate thrives in a team-oriented environment, embraces learning, enjoys the sports and entertainment industry, excels in a dynamic setting, pays meticulous attention to details, and takes immense pride in their work.
