Operations Lead

We are looking for an Operations Lead to join our esports and gaming studio operations team in São Paulo. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the studio's day-to-day operations, ensuring that competitive matches, live broadcasts, and player activities run smoothly, efficiently, and according to established procedures. You will work closely with players, referees, broadcast operators, and other studio staff, monitoring live operations, resolving issues, and making quick decisions when necessary. Experience in esports, gaming, tournaments, live production, broadcast, or sports operations is highly desirable.
