We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and people-centric Studio Manager to take full ownership of our Prague studio operations (100+ headcount). In this leadership role, you will act as the operational anchor and manager of the studio. Your primary focus will be driving people leadership - mentoring and guiding junior Team Leaders - while establishing robust operational processes, maintaining strict organizational discipline, and guaranteeing seamless 24/7 broadcast operations.
