We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead four distinct but connected areas: our intern program, intern-staffed maintenance team, Quality Engineering, and Solutions Engineering.
You'll lead people at different stages of their careers, from university interns building production experience to senior technical ICs solving complex quality, performance, and customer challenges. Team leads will continue to own day-to-day technical direction. You'll own people leadership, talent development, operating health, and coordination across the portfolio.
