What you’ll do
- Build strong client relationships, act as a trusted day-to-day advisor and bring strategic counsel to the table.
- Develop creative, integrated PR and communications campaigns that connect brand ambitions with what matters to audiences.
- Lead media relations, content development and social and digital campaigns, building relationships with journalists, editors and creators to get great stories noticed.

What you’ll bring? You’re an experienced communications professional who is ready to take the next step in your career. You’re comfortable taking ownership, making decisions and building client confidence while working closely with the agency team.
- Proven experience in a PR (min 3 years), communications or integrated agency environment, with the confidence to lead client relationships and projects independently.
- Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills, with an instinct for what makes a story relevant, distinctive and newsworthy.
- Good understanding of the Irish media landscape, alongside an interest in the evolving creator and digital ecosystem.
- The ability to develop strategic plans and creative campaigns that deliver against clear business objectives.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgets, resources, timelines and measurement.
- A curious, commercially minded approach, with the confidence to contribute to new business and account growth.
- An appetite to explore new tools, emerging media and AI, and to keep learning as the communications landscape evolves.
Above all, you’re proactive, thoughtful and full of ideas.
Why Wilson Hartnell? You’ll work with ambitious global and Irish brands, tackle interesting challenges and collaborate with talented people who bring different perspectives and expertise to the table. You’ll have the opportunity to shape work, build your skills, grow your client leadership experience and make your mark within the wider WPP network.
