Associate Attorney - Labor & Employment
O’Hagan Meyer is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join its Philadelphia, PA office. This is an ideal opportunity for an attorney looking to handle a wide-range of labor & employment matters involving cutting-edge topics and sophisticated, interesting clients. This attorney will join a diverse practice group that handles single plaintiff employment litigation, and wage & hour class litigation.

Requirements
- 3+ years experience handling all aspects of complex & sophisticated litigation, including defending employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, wrongful termination and/or negligent hiring.
- Experience drafting pleadings, substantive motions and written discovery; developing litigation strategy; conducting large-scale document reviews and productions; working directly with clients; communicating with opposing counsel; and second-chairing trials, depositions and/or evidentiary hearings.
