Okta is looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager to join our Toronto team, where you will operate as a senior individual contributor partnering with Engineering, Product Management, and Design to lead programs of large cross-organizational scope. You will drive initiatives spanning multiple teams and multiple product and technical areas, with cross-team dependencies and some ambiguity or risk, delivering outcomes with clear business value and impact.
The qualified candidate will bring strong TPM expertise honed across large-scale SaaS programs, along with the judgment to work with high autonomy and accountability, make independent decisions for the team, and take informed risks.
