About the Opportunity
We're looking for a Legal Counsel to own two things: protecting the OKX brand globally, and enabling our marketing and commercial engine. Roughly half your time will be spent on IP and marketing legal work - managing our global trademark portfolio through external counsel, advising marketing teams on campaigns, sponsorships and advertising, and coordinating market-entry questions with our regulatory teams and outside f
