The Role
As our People Partner, you will be an integral part of OLIX's people operations, supporting our growing team day-to-day. Working closely with managers and employees across the business, you will help build and maintain the people-practices, processes, and culture that underpin our ambitious growth plans.
Responsibilities
Support and guide our people managers on day-to-day HR matters, helping them grow as effective leaders.
