The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive hiring during one of OLIX's most critical periods of growth. You’ll work directly with hiring managers, and the People and Operations team to drive top-of-funnel, candidate experience, and the hiring process end to end. You’ll manage both delivery and systems, closing hard-to-fill roles, while helping to build the infrastructure that helps us hire smarter and faster.

The ideal candidate will have 0-1 experience in the accelerator space or deep tech with a creative mindset to navigate early stage challenges, and a track record of success navigating ambiguity and hiring at pace i
