Head of Yield and Business Operations

Position Overview We're seeking an experienced Head of Yield- & Business Operations to lead revenue optimization and business operations at the intersection of OLX Goods and Advertising across Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, and Portugal. Acting as a “Chief of Staff”, you'll set the operating cadence and strategic coordination across these two businesses, drive disciplined decision-making, and navigate a complex cross-functional matrix organization to unlock commercial growth and competitive advantage.
