🔑 About The Job
To provide senior leadership continuity for UK accounting during a maternity-cover of 14 months owning the UK close, statutory reporting, audit delivery and financial controls for a high-growth, complex business. This is a hands-on director role in a lean team that has recently undergone significant transformation (an NetSuite migration, new products, etc), with several major reporting and governance obligations landing during the cover period. The successful candidate will combine strong technical and operational accounting with practical leadership and the ability to keep a fast-moving finance function running smoothly.
