The Role
Omni is looking for an Engagement Manager to help run delivery operations for our Professional Services team. You'll be the operational backbone behind how PS engagements are scoped, staffed, tracked, and delivered — partnering closely with Managing Architects, subcontracting partners, and Sales to make sure every client receives a world-class engagement.
You'll report to the Regional Director of Professional Services and act as a critical link between Sales, customers, and our partner network.
