We are a certified B Corp, headquartered in Seattle, WA The Job The Invoicing Specialist is responsible for researching invoicing discrepancies for the commercial business line with the goal of remediating them to the mutual satisfaction of Omnidian and our field service partner (FSP) quickly and efficiently so both parties can move forward with the invoicing process. They are also responsible for documenting and analyzing these discrepancies using a consultant mindset to find patterns in the data and create and propose solutions that will remediate them before they become invoicing issues.
