HSE Engineer - Alcoholic Beverage

A leading alcoholic beverage company is looking for a qualified and experienced HSE Engineer to join its growing team and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Health & Safety Management

• Implement and maintain the company's HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable local HSE legislation, regulations, and client requirements.
• Conduct regular workplace and site inspections to identify unsafe conditions and practices.
• Perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessments for activities and operations.
• Develop and review Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Safe Work Procedures.
• Monitor compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems, where applicable.
• Ensure appropriate PPE is identified, available, and properly used.
• Monitor high-risk activities such as working at height, lifting operations, hot work, confined spaces, excavation, electrical work, and work involving hazardous substances.
• Participate in emergency preparedness activities and drills.
• Provide guidance to employees and management on HSE matters.
