Talent Management Specialist

A leading Company in the trading and distribution industry is looking for a motivated Talent Management Specialist to support the implementation of talent management and employee development initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

• Support Talent Management and employee development activities and initiatives.
• Assist in performance management cycles, including goal setting, performance reviews, and follow-ups.
• Support training and development activities and coordinate training programs.
• Support the recruitment function, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for blue- and white-collar positions.
• Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process and candidate follow-up for both blue- and white-collar roles.
• Assist in identifying employees’ development needs and career development opportunities.
• Support succession planning and talent identification processes.
• Maintain and update HR and talent-related data and reports.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards related to talent management activities.
