Realty Specialist

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking a highly skilled Realty Specialist to support real property planning, acquisition, and management activities for a Government Client. The Realty Specialist will provide policy, analytical, and technical expertise across a broad range of real estate functions, including land acquisition, lease procurement, program evaluation, and stakeholder coordination.

Realty Specialist Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare recommendations and policy proposals for land acquisition, including transfers of military property, prospectus-level leases, and legal authorities for DoS real property acquisition and development.
• Work directly with the Division Chief and Office Director on short- and long-range planning for space requirements, including prospectus development, use permits, licenses, assignment memos, scopes of work, and other technical documents.
• Assist in planning, directing, coordinating, implementing, and administering DoS projects related to acquisition, termination, construction, renovation, repair, and real property management.
• Serve as the principal contact and liaison with GSA, the military, state and local agencies, and private-sector partners.
• Develop housing plans, point papers, options, and briefing documents reflecting all relevant issues.
