Senior Program Manager

One Federal Solution is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and oversee multiple federal contracts supporting a diverse portfolio of government customers. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with extensive experience managing federal programs, ensuring contract compliance, driving operational performance, and building strong customer relationships.

This position requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a thorough understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), government contract management, and program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and overall management of multiple federal government contracts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for government customers and contracting officers.
• Ensure contractual compliance with FAR, agency regulations, and company policies.
• Manage program budgets, schedules, staffing, risk, and overall performance.
• Develop and implement program management strategies that improve efficiency and mission outcomes.
• Monitor contract performance metrics and ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while implementing corrective actions when necessary.
