Operations Manager - NL

As the Operations Manager, you are responsible of the day to day management of our hands-on operations, supporting the broader EU Operations team. While the Operations Director focuses on broader monthly and quarterly strategy , your mission is to lead, motivate, and guide the team on the floor to execute daily targets smoothly, safely, and in a personable way.

On an average day, you'll be;

• Actively directing and coordinating the operations team on a daily basis to ensure smooth execution across warehouse management, manufacturing, and customer support.
• Managing flexible daily resource planning and shift allocations to meet immediate operational goals.
• Overseeing daily floor workflows to identify tactical inefficiencies and implement quick opportunities for improvement.
• Motivating and inspiring your team members on the floor to ensure their growth and continuous alignment with the company’s core values and growth ambitions.
• Maintaining a strong understanding of team key performance indicators and driving immediate action within our mixed-model pull manufacturing system.
• Ensuring your team complies with ISO 9001:2015 standards and integrating LEAN principles into daily operations.
• Assisting in onboarding and scaling your team to support our rapid 30-50% organizational growth.
