$85–$100/hour | Flexible Schedule | Puyallup/Tacoma, WA

Empower Behavior Solutions (EBS) is seeking a reliable, experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Washington team. This position is focused on taking on an active caseload and providing consistent, high-quality clinical care to clients and families.

Location

Puyallup/Tacoma, WA

Services are primarily in-home and/or school-based, with remote flexibility available depending on client and case needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Take on and independently manage an active ABA caseload

  • Develop and maintain individualized, data-driven treatment plans and behavior intervention plans

  • Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to CBTs/RBTs

  • Regularly review client data and make timely clinical adjustments

  • Provide parent/caregiver training and support

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Communicate proactively with families, direct staff, and the clinical team

  • Ensure services are delivered consistently and in accordance with clinical and compliance standards

  • Manage your caseload, deadlines, and clinical responsibilities independently

What We’re Looking For

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB (required)

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field

  • Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities

  • Strong clinical judgment and data analysis skills

  • Ability to independently manage a caseload and meet deadlines

  • Reliable, professional, and proactive communication

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

  • Comfortable working collaboratively with families and direct-care staff

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

  • Comfortable using electronic documentation systems, including the Rethink app
