We work across OpenAI to develop partnerships grounded in trust, usefulness, and measurable impact. Our work goes beyond individual launches and includes product education, partner feedback, and collaborative programs that create lasting value for partners and OpenAI.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced partnerships leader to develop and scale high-touch onboarding and enablement experiences for creators, brands and institutions.

You will help partners move from initial curiosity to meaningful, hands-on use of OpenAI’s products. This includes understanding their work and ambitions, designing tailored onboarding experiences, helping them develop authentic use cases, and ensuring they have the support needed to engage confidently over time.

You will serve as a trusted bridge between external partners and teams across OpenAI. You’ll translate product capabilities into relevant creative possibilities, bring actionable feedback and cultural insights ba
