The Business Marketing team contributes to our broader mission of ensuring responsible and widespread adoption of artificial intelligence by developing and executing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and usage for OpenAI’s products and platform amongst core business audiences.

The Strategy & Operations function supports Business Marketing with operating models and cadences; strategic planning; portfolio, resource, and investment management; measurement and organizational learning that empower our teams to move at pace with clarity and confidence.

About the Role

We’re looking for a resourceful, systems-minded program manager to help Business Marketing turn a constant flow of ideas, requests, and priorities into world-class performant marketing campaigns. You’ll manage our marketing portfolio, lead selected cross-functional projects, and build AI workflows and systems that make it easier for marketers to get their work done.
