Role Overview
Business Operations is OpenFX's execution and coordination layer for business-critical initiatives that need several functions to work together: launching new currencies and regions, bringing banking and liquidity partners live, operationalising newly acquired licences, and fixing the cross-team processes that slow us down. The team is deliberately hands-on and horizontal. It creates clarity in ambiguous, high-priority problems, fills execution gaps, and stays with the work until it is delivered, then hands ongoing ownership back to the function that should own it.
