OpenLoop is looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team remotely. In this senior role, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles across our commercial and G&A teams, from intake and market mapping through offer and close. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to shape searches, build pipelines through proactive sourcing, and guide them through every hiring decision along the way.
What You'll Do:
