About the Role
OpenLoop’s mission is to bring care anywhere by powering telehealth solutions at scale. We’re hiring a Lead Project Manager, Workplace Operations to own workplace design and construction from concept through occupancy, managing scope, schedules, budgets, and relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, landlords, and client partners.
Your initial portfolio includes a security and breakroom upfit in Dallas and multiple industrial and mixed-use build-outs that improve operational flow, increase capacity, and support growth. You’ll coordinate projects across Madison, Dallas, and satellite sites, aligning shared vendors, standards, and dependencies across the portfolio.
