OP Labs builds Optimism, an open-source blockchain network that powers the next generation of financial infrastructure. Hundreds of companies, from the world's largest enterprises like Sony, Coinbase, Kraken, Uniswap, OKX, and Bitpanda to the most ambitious early-stage builders, use the OP stack to launch their own blockchains and bring their users onchain. About the role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Lead to own the business analytics and reporting that inform OP Labs' commercial and strategic decisions. This senior individual contributor role sits within Data & Strategy and combines business judgment, crypto knowledge, and clear communication to explain performance and recommend action.

You will partner closely with leadership, Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Finance to analyze revenue, customer activity, pipeline, and ecosystem trends.
