Software Engineer - Talent Tooling

At Optiver, we’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our Global Talent Assessment Tooling Team (GTAT), the cornerstone of our global recruitment, engaging 100,000+ users annually. You'll be instrumental in ensuring scalability and reliability of our in house built platforms. With expertise in server-side platforms and a genuine interest in UI/UX, you'll contribute to the full software development lifecycle of our global platforms, serving as the central hub for all talent assessments, training and education activities, and test authorization. As a Software Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our talent assessment tooling platform and our assessments. This critical infrastructure is key to our ability to hire at scale and speed, representing one of the first interactions individuals have with Optiver during their recruitment journey.
