As a Regional Clinical Trainer, you’ll use your hands-on experience to train and mentor Surgical Assistants, support clinical onboarding, strengthen competencies, and promote consistent, high-quality patient care across our practices.

What You’ll Do
- Provide hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship to new and existing Surgical Assistants.
- Lead clinical onboarding and help new team members build confidence and competency.
- Train on oral surgery workflows, surgical assisting, patient care, infection control, sterilization, and clinical safety.</
