As a Senior Tax Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Tax Advisory & Planning Support
- Design and lead comprehensive U.S. and international tax planning strategies to High-net worth individuals and business structures.
- Lead cross-border reorganizations analyses and permanent establishment assessments.
- Provide senior-level guidance on tax treaty applications, FATCA, PFIC and CFC/GILTI regimes.
- Conduct detailed tax research and prepare technical memos on U.S. and international tax topics.
