Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech Focus)
Orcrist is building a next generation data intelligence platform using cutting-edge technologies. We're handling petabyte-scale data with sub-second queries. Our product is a Kubernetes‑based platform delivered as B2B SaaS or as a self‑hosted on‑prem solution, including air‑gapped deployments. We enable customers across defense, law enforcement, and enterprise to turn mission-critical data into actionable intelligence.
Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who combines a strong interest in technology with a structured and hands-on approach to recruiting. You will focus on hiring technical talent, but the scope doesn't end there. You will own key parts of the recruiting process, work closely with hiring managers, and help us get the most out of our tools and systems.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with technology and processes just as much as working with people. You are curious about new tools and care about doing things properly. You don't just want to get tasks done — you want to get them done well. This is a hands-on role with room to take ownership, improve how we work, and grow with the team.
