Head of Legal (Part-Time)
Orfium is a fast-growing music technology company representing some of the biggest music companies in the world, and we are looking for talented, hardworking people to join our team.
We are looking for a part-time Head of Legal, based in Dublin, Ireland, who will be responsible for managing and overseeing all legal matters relating to the company, including corporate governance, human resources, and commercial matters.
Requirements
● Lead, direct, and oversee all legal matters relating to the company
● Collaborate with the business team on commercial endeavours
● Oversee and manage all corporate governance matters, including:
- Board of Directors matters
- Internal governance policies and procedures
- Legal compliance and statutory filings for the company in both the U.S. and
- foreign markets (UK, Ireland, Greece, Japan, and Bulgaria)
- Company’s employee equity incentive plan
● Manage external counsel regarding their assignments.
● Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
Qualifications:
● 7+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with an established law firm or company
preferred.
