Junior Executive - Learning, Engagement & Culture

We are looking for a passionate and detail oriented Junior Executive – Training & Employee Experience to support the design, coordination, and execution of learning initiatives and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate will help create meaningful employee experiences while ensuring smooth delivery of training programs, culture initiatives, and engagement activities.

Responsibilities

Learning & Development

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external training programs.
• Coordinate training calendars, participant registrations, attendance tracking, and training logistics.
• Maintain training records, feedback reports, and learning documentation.
• Assist in identifying training needs through surveys, discussions, and performance feedback.
• Support the preparation of training materials, presentations, and communication updates.
• Coordinate with trainers, facilitators, and stakeholders to ensure successful training delivery.
• Gather and analyze training feedback to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

Employee Experience & Engagement

• Support employee engagement initiatives, culture-building activities, and internal events.
• Assist in planning and executing employee experience programs throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate employee surveys
